Polymer Modified Bitumen Plant
The polymer modified bitumen plant is used for mixing and storing modified bitumen. It produces qualified modified bitumen by mixing polymer additives and asphalt through a rapid stirring process, then this modified bitumen will be used in the construction of roadways and runaways.
Mixing plants of 20 tons, 30 tons and 40 tons are available.
- We can arrange the system rationally according to specific site applications. We also use rock wool and galvanized sheets for insulation, which saves energy and is environmentally friendly. Some of the pipes are made in the factory and assembled quickly, ensuring the installation period is significantly shorter.
- Fully automatic and constant temperature control of the burner allows the heat conducting oil system to provide heat for the entire asphalt storage system.
- Optional fuel: heavy oil, diesel and gas.

Tank body Tanks with a capacity of 30m3 to 50m3 can be loaded into 40HQ containers. We have round and square tanks for customers to choose from.

Mixing shaft The mixing shaft features blades and a geared motor, which ensures the modified asphalt is stirred in a uniform manner.

Pipeline system The pipeline system is externally coated with rock wool and a galvanized sheet to increase tbe insulation performance.
Feeding hopper
The hopper facilitates the addition of different additives, and can be designed to be manual or automatic according to customer needs.
