Polymer Filter
Huilong polymer melt filter element is made from sintered 316L stainless steel fibers, able to withstand high temperature up to 300℃ and deal with highly corrosive media. The common filter element diameter is 60mm and length is available in 250mm, 500mm, 750mm and 1000mm. Compared to competitive filters, Huilong polymer filter is mush easier to clean and replace to help you reduce maintenance cost. The polymer melt filters are widely used in pharmacy, biology, beverage, petroleum, chemical and membrane industry.

The screen wire mesh, end cap and the support skeleton of the filter are firmly welded by laser, which improves the reliability of the polymer filter and reduces the production cost. The pleating of the element doubles the filtration area than normal elements. The sintered stainless steel depth-type filtration media is available in absolute ratings from 3 to 60 microns and stainless steel wire mesh surface filtration media is available from 10 to 200 microns. The pressure resistance of the support skeleton is up to 10MPa. The filter element is electropolished to remove all metal burrs for higher fluid flow smoothness.
