Large Scale Bitumen Storage Silo
The large scale bitumen storage silo has a large storage capacity is used to heat and store bitumen. The storage capacity of each tank is 100t-5000t, and the large scale bitumen silo also uses a thermal oil heater to heat the bitumen layer by layer. This effectively quickly heats the bitumen, and ensures the bitumen's performance. We also offer customized services according to specific customer and site needs.
Components1. Thermal oil heater
★ There are two thermal oil heater types: the integral thermal oil heater and the horizontal thermal oil heater.
★ A fully automatic constant temperature control system is used in the burner to quickly provide heat for the entire asphalt storage system.
★ Optional fuel: heavy oil, diesel and gas.
2. Layered heating coil
The heating coil is layered in the tank, which increases the heating area, improves the heat utilization rate, and ensures the heating is uniform and fast.
3. Pipeline system
★ The system pipeline is covered with a rock wool plate and a galvanized sheet to increase the insulation performance.
★ Part of the insulation pipeline can be manufactured in the factory. It can be assembled quickly on site with the use of flanges and other components.
4. Loading system
There are two loading system types: loading platform and foldable loading arm. When site space is limited, a foldable loading arm is the best type, and we offer both a fixed and movable loading arm type.
