Different extruders and forming machines are needed for different materials, including PA, PE, PP, UPVC and others. These pipe varieties are most often used in electrical cable, and wire protection, washing machine drainage pipes, dust collector pipes, and pipes in the automobile, lamp and air-exhaust industries.
PA material: The PA material has a temperature range of -40°C to 115°C. This product contains no halite, no oil and no acid. The anti-inflammation rate is HB (U94). Pipes that are black in color are UV resistant.
PP material: The PP material features a temperature range of -20-110°C and has no oil, acid or alkalis. Black pipes are UV resistant.
PE material: The PE material features a temperature range of -40°-80°C and has no oil, acid, or alkalis. Black pipes are UV resistant.
