Introduction
Designed and manufactured by Kingswel Machinery, the SXG series precision tube extrusion line is used specifically for producing various small diameter tubes, such as those used in the medical industry, PA/PU precision automobile tubes, high pressure liquid pipes, multi-layer composite pipes, beverage or clean container straws, and precision communication tubes.

After more than 10 years of constant development and promotion, we developed the 3rd generation SXG series precision tube extrusion line. It is a popular choice among high end clients, due to its outstanding and stable performance. This extrusion line uses a fully automatic accurate control of the weak vacuum, and a high pressure volumetric extrusion technology, developed by our own team. It has replaced technology that is incapable of balancing the extrusion speed and control, especially when used in PA/PU/POM tubes and fluroplastic tubes. This pipe extrusion line meets high precision extrusion control needs and achieves an ideal production efficiency. By doing so, it significantly improves the customer’s value in using the machine as well as a significant labor cost reduction.
The 3rd generation SXG series production line features a high efficiency and low consumption, as well as a stable product quality (CPK value ≥ 1.4), a high degree of automation in the control system, easy control settings and the ability to meet the processing requirements for materials of various hardness degrees, making it an ideal solution to comparable imported products without sacrificing quality.
The SXG-T series tube extrusion line is equipped with a higher level of drivers and accessories in order to improve the control precision of the tube.
