Designed and manufactured by Kingswel Machinery Baodie Company, the plastic coated metal pipe extrusion line is designed to coat one or several PVC, PE, PP or ABS layers around a common iron pipe, a stainless steel pipe or an aluminum pipe. The plastic coating is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, for purposes including decoration, heat insulation and corrosion resistance.
This coated metal pipe extrusion line consists of the steel pipe stacking conveyor, haul off (front and back, each a single set), high frequency heating device, right angle coating mold, single screw extruder and cooling device. Each steel pipe can be connected by a special connector, and achieve a continuous coating extruding production. The final product features a dense coating, uniform thickness in the plastic layer, stable dimensions and a smooth, clean surface.
