SPVC is the most widely used material in the medical tube industry, known for its usage in PVC infusion tubes, dialysis tubes, gas intubation, and oxygen mask pipes.
The first set of SPVC medical tube extrusion production lines from Kingswel Machinery Baodie Company can be traced back to the 1990’s, but through 20 years of research, development and debugging of the medical SPVC polyester extrusion technology, we have brought better, faster products to the market. We are continuously improving upon the SPVC precision medical tube extrusion process, improving upon the screw and die structure, the vacuum forming method control accuracy and the precision of the hauling speed. This is all to ensure the stability of the molding speed and the size of pipe accuracy control continues to be improved and meet customer quality standards. The third generation SXG-T series high speed SPVC medical pipe extrusion line features a stable production with a high speed of 180m/minute, under the conditions for meeting tube size volatility (CPK value ≥ 1.4).
Taking into consideration the widespread limitations of a workshop size in medical cleaning rooms, we developed a second stage tank with a synchronous coiling cooling performance to achieve an outstanding cooling effect in a short tank without affecting the tube’s precision. This helps clients achieve an increased capacity without changing the size of their existing facilities.
