Hydraulic Roller Press (HRP)
Introduction
The roller presses manufactured by SINOMALY are used for cement grinding. Compared to the pre-grinding systems including ball mills with high energy consumption and low efficiency, these cement mill roller presses consume less energy and produce lower noise.
This roller press can improve the grinding capacity by 50-100% compared to ball mill systems and reduce the power consumption of the grinding system by 30-40%, and 20-30% that of finished cement. The squeezed materials is easy to grind and 0.08mm fine material accounts for 30-30% and material smaller than 20 mm accounts for 65-85%.
This cement mill roller press can be used for the grinding of raw materials, clinker, slag and steel slag in cement production lines, as well as industries like mining, steel, chemical, electricity, metallurgy, etc.

Working Principle
The roller press is designed according to the principle of material bed grinding. The rotation of the roller is achieved by the drive. The material from the feeding device is crushed under high strength and squeezed to final material which is dense and dry, and the material full of fine cracks is discharged into the elevator.
- Equipped with four-row cylindrical roller bearings which adopts the material of G20Cr2Ni4A carburizing steel, and possesses higher bearing capacity and longer service life compared to double row self-aligning roller bearings, resulting in higher reliability for high-pressure roller press.

The roller whose diameter is below Φ1600 is manufactured as a whole in order to avoid slipping, deformation and cracks.
The roller whose diameter is above Φ1800 adopts the structure of roller shaft + roller sleeve. Reverse pin is used at radial direction, and sliding dovetail is used at axial direction, therefore, the slipping of the roller sleeve is avoided.- Integrated roller

- Adopts cylinder head self-aligning cylinder manufactured by USA “PARKER”
- The detection system is equipped with a complete roller gap gauge, limit position protection and temperature monitoring for each bearing, in order to detect the problem in time.
- Equipped with intelligent grease lubrication system with PLC control which is highly reliable and easy to manage. Each lubricating point can be lubricated quantitatively and periodically thanks to this intelligent grease lubrication system
- Sealed by multiple bearing seals to ensure no debris enters into the roller bearing, resulting in prolonging the service life of bearing.
