Hydraulic Roller Press
Hydraulic roller press (HRP) is a cement grinding equipment with high energy efficiency. Adopting minerals grinding technology, the hydraulic roller press can be integrated with raw crushing plant, feed material separator, drying device and powder separator to form a grinding system. In combination with the ball mill, it can conduct different grinding processes: pre-grinding, inter-grinding, semi-finish grinding, finish grinding and etc.
The grinding action in a roller press employs much greater stress on the material than in a ball mill, and is therefore more efficient. Energy consumption reduces to 50%~100% and output improves to 100%~300% of that of a ball mill. Our highly efficient hydraulic roller press is suitable for both upgrades and new installations. The materials are fed to the compression zone and micro-cracks are performed in the fed particles, leading to the generation of large amount of fine material. In a compressed material cake, 0.08mm fine materials take up 20~35% and particles less than 20mm take up 65~85%, the grindability is significantly improved.
- Roller surface techniques (welding materials, equipment and techniques): the roller surface undergoes surfacing welding which eases the maintenance of anti-abrasion lining layer and reduces the generation and extension of micro-cracks during welding. The hardened layer of the roller features high hardness (>HRC58) and high impact strength. The working life of roller is more than 8000h and daily maintenance is easy.
- Aviation hydraulic technology improves the reliability of hydraulic system of the roller press.
- The cooperation between hydraulic system and auto control system achieves the following functions: load control of the main drive motor of HRP; Gap control and deviation correction of rollers; Fault self-diagnosis.
- The optional powder separator integrates functions like material cake crushing, classification and drying, achieving low running cost and high running rate.
- The supporting auto control system adopts fuzzy control and is equipped with electric elements of world-famous suppliers.
1) Abrasion-resistant liner
The roller of PFG hydraulic roller press has a surfacing welded liner, which can be used for the surfacing welding of solid shaft or shrink fitting liner. The worn surface can be recovered by surfacing weld. If necessary, the recovery of worn spot or surfacing welding for the whole surface can be conducted without moving the roller.
2) Material feeding control system
In order to facilitate the generation of compressed material cake, HRP is equipped with an electric feeding control gate, which can stabilize the feeding start, adjust the production output and energy consumption. The feeding control gate is beneficial to multiple materials processing and is necessary for the material cake generation.
- Pre-grinding. The HRP grinds the fresh fed and the ground material then undergoes finish grinding in a conventional ball mill circuit.
- Semi-finish grinding. PFG hydraulic roller press is combined with the crusher and dynamic separator in a closed circuit and fine material is then ground in a ball mill. The combination of dynamic separator with ball mill helps the HRP system high efficiency and compact footprint.
- Finish grinding. For some fed materials and finished products, PFG HRP can be used for finish grinding with the two-stage separator in a closed circuit. As a result, there is no need to include other ball mills or grinding machines, greatly reducing operating and investment costs.
