Guide Roller
Application
The guide roller is a frequently used wire guiding part installed on winding machines and textile machinery for changing wire directions for enameled wire, silk thread, and other wire types.
According to the material used to produce guide roller, we offer three types for customers to choose from: ceramic guide roller, metal guide roller and combination guide roller.
Ceramic guide roller
The wire guiding groove of the ceramic guide roller is made of AL2O3 with a purity of 99%, a hardness of HRC88° and density of 3.85g/cm2. The surface is fine polished so that the roughness is lower than Ra 0.2.
The middle of the wire guiding groove is equipped with a precise bearing to ensure both the winding stability and the service life..

Combination guide roller
The wire guiding groove and bearing at the middle of the combination guide roller is the same as that in the ceramic guide roller, but is also equipped with a POM plastic fender on both sides in order to prevent wire deviation from the groove during the wire winding process.

Metal guide roller
The basic structure and the bearing at the middle of the metal guide roller is the same as that in the ceramic guide roller, however, the wire guiding groove is made of a stainless steel that has been heat treated and fine polished to ensure a smooth surface that does not damage the enameled wire during wire passing.
