The LED candling booth equips with cover and mirror as well to reinforce the candling result. ZENYER 605A accumulator will direct 6 lines of eggs into 1 line and transport them to the single conveyor egg washer nicely with no cracking.
Sanitizer equipment sprays a disinfectant or detergent onto the eggs.
Eggs are fully cleaned using two sets of brushes with a warm water spray. Brush modules are flexible and adjustments can be made to the brush distance, position, and speed.
Eggs are perfectly dried by drying brush and strong air generated by drying fans.
ZENYER can be attached to the end of the egg washer, allowing users to print the farm name, logo, date, best before date, and any other necessary information onto the egg.
The PLC system controlled electronic weighing system grades eggs based on weight with a maximum of 6 grades.
Processed eggs are manually placed onto the trays.
