Cement Production Line with 600t/d Rotary Kiln
The 1000 ton cement processing line is mainly made up of a φ3.3×52m rotary kiln, and a φ2.6×13m cement mill. The kiln tail comes with a decomposition furnace and a five-stage cyclone preheater.
Production Process
- Limestone crushing
- The cement production line adopts our PCD1612 single stage hammer crusher for limestone crushing. The crusher has desired capacity of 100-140t/h. It supports crushing 300mm feeding particles into 25mm ones.
If working 8 hours a day, and with annual utilization rate of 30%, the crushing equipment can satisfy the 1000t/d cement production demand by offering annual crushing capacity up to 240732.76 tons, or daily capacity up to 732.82 tons. - Raw material drying
- The 1000 ton cement processing line is equipped with a φ2.2m×16m drying equipment for clay drying. The dryer has a designed capacity of 7t/h. Under the condition of 8 hours daily working time and annual utilization rate of 30%, the equipment can meet production demand by offering annual drying capacity of 16447.60 tons, or daily capacity of 50.07 tons.
- Raw mix grinding
- For 1000 tons cement production everyday, 299,592 tons of raw mix are required every year, and 912 tons are required every day.
Our cement making machine selects a φ2.6m×10m closed-circuit grinding mill with production capacity of 40-45t/h. The grinding equipment is competent for the production when working 22 hours a day, and with annual utilization rate of 82.5%. - Cement clinker production
- This range of cement processing line offers annual cement clinker production of 197100 tons, and daily production of 600 tons. This is mainly achieved by a φ3.3×52m rotary kiln with production capacity of 25t/h, under the condition of 24 hours daily working time, and 92% annual utilization rate.
- Clinker cooling
- In order to cool the output products from the 25t/h rotary kiln, the cement production plant adopts a φ3.2m×36m monocular cooler with cooling capacity of 28t/h to satisfy production demands.
- Coal pulverization
- Normally, the 1000t/d cement processing line requires 33,507 tons pulverized coal every year, or 102 tons every day. To satisfy the 1000t/d cement production requirement, it selects a φ2.2m×5.8m steel ball coal mill with production capacity of 27-35t/h. The coal mill should come with daily operation time of 22 hours, and annual utilization rate of 82.5%.
- Cement grinding
- This cement production line is capable of grinding 201,204.97 tons of cement every year, or 612.50 tons every day. To achieve this, it adopts a φ2.6m×13m closed-circuit cement grinding mill with production capacity of 27-35t/h to work 22 hours a day. The annual utilization rate of the cement mill should be 82.5%.
- Cement packaging
- In order to make sure all cement ground by the cement mill can be packaged, this cement processing line is fitted with two fixed cement packaging machine with dual material filling holes. Each machine with production capacity of 30t/h has to work for 11 hours a day, with annual utilization rate of 41.25%.
