Eggs are perfectly dried using a dry brush and a strong air pressure.
ZENYER can be attached to the end of the egg washer, allowing users to print their farm name, logo, date, best before date and other information.
UV sterilization equipment eliminates any bacteria on the egg surface.
Eggs will run through LED lights for a candling purpose on the belt conveyor, allowing employees to easily remove any unqualified eggs that leak or are cracked.
Eggs are mechanically weighed using a leverage principle to ensure a precision sorting, with a maximum of 7 grades and a precision within ±1g.
