Application
Seton's male slotter blades & machine knives are used in conjunction with female slotter blades to slot carton board, honeycomb board (three-layer, five-layer, seven-layer) on the printing slotting machine. Our company's slotter blades & machine knives are possessed with excellent cutting performance, including high durability, precise angle, optimized hardness. In addition, the use of professional heat treatment technology further enhances the durability of blades. Consequently, even under high speed operation, the blades can still maintain the superexcellent cutting strength and stability.
Material introduction
The male slotter blades & machine knives can choose materials like 5100Cr, SKD-11, HSS, and the heat treatment hardness is HRC57-59, HRC60~62, HRC62-65 respectively.

Features
The main problem slotter blades encounter with is the abrasion resistance of the tooth profile and the blade edge, which directly affect the shearing quality of corrugated cardboard. The slotter blades produced by Seton has the following features:

Customization
The male and female slotter blades' smoothness, parallelism and the male slotter blades' edge shape, tooth profile and hardness all have certain relation with cutting quality. We will tailor production according to customers' drawings or samples. The outer diameter is generally 70mm-500mm, the thickness is 6mm-15mm, and the specific processing requirements are based on customers' drawings and samples.
