Metal Shear Knives, Metalworking Blades
HENGLIDA manufactures and supplies standard and custom metal shear knives and metalworking blades for different metal working applications. These knives and blades are custom manufactured in a variety of shapes and sizes, including circular, straight, curved, convex, toothed, serrated, and scalloped. We use only the highest quality steel material in production, including medium & high alloy tool steel, powder metal steel, 9CrSi, Crl2MoV, W6Mo5Cr4V2, WI8Cr4V, as well as nickel-base alloys due to the high temperature resistance.
HENGLIDA’s metalworking blades are customized with a thickness tolerance of ±0.001mm, surface roughness of Ra0.1μm, and blade bore tolerance of H3. Each of these tests are carried out indoors at a constant temperature.
