Application
The package cutting and machine knives produced by Seton are widely used in bag making machines, sealing machines, packaging machines and other machines, for slitting plastic packaging bags, plastic packing shells, tapes, films, paper, etc.
Material introduction
The blade replacing frequency and production efficiency during use mainly depend on the wear resistance and precision of packaging machines knives, thus the selection of blade material and heat treatment are crucial. Seton has D2(SKD-11), M2(SKH-51) and other materials available, the heat treatment hardness being 60-66 HRC, to solve the problems of customers' frequent replacing blades.

- With high quality materials, advanced heat treatment process and blade coating, the toothed blades have high hardness and good wear resistance.
- Through advanced computer-controlled wire cutting and WEDM-LS equipment, combined with fine grinding of blade tooth profile, the blade is accurate, smooth, sharp and without burrs.
Custom made
According to customers' different machines and application purposes, the custom range of toothed blades is 0.5mm-30mm thick, 60-3000mm long.
The tooth profile is customized by customers' requirements or drawings, stringently OEM processed as customers' drawings and samples.
