Our freeze dryer for pilot experiment can satisfy the need for freeze drying technology trial and small-batch production. As a small-size lyophilizer, our product is often used in laboratory to conduct drug experiments for small-scale clinical application. This freeze drying equipment can be designed to have CIP and SIP functions.
Features

Composition of Freeze Drying Machine
Drying Cabinet | 1. The drying cabinet of our freeze drying machine is made of SUS316L or SUS304L. 2. It is welded, polished, externally fixed by reinforcing ribs, tested by pressure and processed with thermal insulation treatment. 3. The door of the drying cabinet is made of organic glass which is of high strength and high light transmittance, allowing the whole freeze drying process to be observed directly and clearly. |
Cold Trap | 1. Our pilot freeze dryer is equipped with a built-in cylinder type cold trap featuring uniform frosting and rapid defrosting. It allows the whole ice block to be taken out in just a few minutes. 2. The cold trap has smooth inner surface, making sterilization convenient and efficient. The door of the cold trap is made of organic glass. |
Refrigeration System | 1. The refrigeration system of our freeze drying machine adopts hermetically sealed compressor of world-famous brand, original two-stage cascade refrigeration technology, welded refrigeration pipelines and capillary tube throttling technology. 2. The refrigeration system produces very low noises when working, thus is quite suitable for being used in laboratories. 3. Both air-cooling refrigeration unit and water-cooling refrigeration unit are available. |
Vacuum System | 1. The vacuum system of our freeze drying machine is equipped with two-stage rotary vane vacuum pumps which are of low use cost and low maintenance cost. 2. During the entire freeze drying process, the vacuum degree of the drying cabinet can be automatically adjusted according to the preset value. |
Circulating System | 1. The circulating system of our freeze drying machine is made up of Alfa Laval brazed plate heat exchanger, Grundfos shield circulating pump and PID controlled electrical heating elements. 2. The thermal circulating fluid we use is low-temperature low-viscositysilicone oil. |
Hydraulic System | 1. The hydraulic pump station and oil cylinder are mounted on the bottom of the drying cabinet. 2. The oil cylinder powdered by the hydraulic pumps drives the shelf to move up and down stably. 3. Sealing system of the oil cylinder is comprised of Y-fluororubber, O-luororubber and dustproof assembling units. 4. The components of the hydraulic pump are internationally famous products. |
Control System | Composition: The control system of our freeze drying machine consists of DIGITAL touch screen, SIEMENS PLC, SIEMENS module and SIEMENS low-voltage components. Operation mode: The control system can achieve full-automatic control (from the beginning of pre-freezing to the finishing of drying), semi-automatic control (from the beginning of sublimation to the finishing of drying) and full-manual operation of the lyophilizer. Freeze-drying curve input and output: After the freeze-drying curve has been input to the control system, the pilot freeze dryer will work following the input value. When the freeze drying process is finished, the operation curve can be output to work as theoretical basis for batch production. |
