Vacuum Freeze Dryer
Description
The vacuum freeze dryer freezes the material containing water under low temperature. And then the water will directly sublimate under vacuum condition. And the moisture will be absorbed via condensation to realize material dehydration and drying.
The material treated by freezing and drying basically not changes in its physical, chemical and biological status. The volatile component and nutritional ingredient in the material features little loss. The frozen material is poly-porous so the volume is basically the same with that before being dried.
Application
Food freezing and drying: vacuum freeze drying technology can be used for fruits and vegetables, meat and poultry, aquatic product, condiments, fast food and famous specialty etc.
Health care products freezing and drying: drying of royal jelly, ginseng and some other health care products.
Medical product freezing and drying: serum, plasma, antibiotics, hormone etc.
Bioresearch: blood, bacteria, artery and some other organs.
