Damp Mill Rubber Liner
The damp mill rubber line is suitable for damp mills with peripheral discharge, a best replacement to the conventional manganese steel liner. The damp mill rubber liner features excellent abrasion resistance, light weight, easy installation, low energy consumption, long service life and low working noise. As a superior part of the damp mill, the damp mill rubber liner is widely used in the pelletizing procedure of the steel factories.
The damp mill rubber liner consists of feed liner, shell liner, discharge grid plate liner (optional), discharge liner and fastening bolt.
The damp mill rubber liner adopts superior natural rubber and advanced manufacturing technologies, featuring high abrasion resistance, impact resistance, tear resistance, light weight, easy installation, low noise, low maintenance cost and long service life.
- Different-structure lifter bar and liner should be chosen according to the working conditions and grinding medium.
- For damp grinding, the abrasion rate will increase as the temperature increases. The physical properties of rubber will not be affected when the temperature ≤70℃-80℃.
- Keep the PH value 1~13.
- Large grinder, large-size ore or grinding medium should adopt steel rubber composite liner.
- Oil, exposure to sunlight, ozone, sharp objects, dry grinding >100℃ will damage the rubber performance.
