Automatic Dough Sheeting and Cutting Machine
The automatic dough sheeting and cutting machine is applicable for mass production of pasta, and includes a continuous dough pressing unit, dough sheeting and cutting machine, and a conveyor. The dough is automatically conveyed to the dough pressing machine through the use of the bottom conveyor. The S type continuous folding pressing process makes the dough more elastic, and also increases the glossiness of the dough surface. The dough pressing frequency and conveyance times can be set, and the thickness of the dough sheet can be adjusted between 0.l8 to 1.8mm. This dough handling equipment also features an automatic dusting system that allows the dusting amount to be set, thereby reducing labor intensity and making operation safer.
