The hydraulic metal door embossing press is an open-frame embossing machine designed for the forming and embossing of long strip metal materials. This press is suitable for a wide range of stamping processes including drawing, blanking, bending, and flanging, and is widely used in decorative and industrial metal applications.
With a nominal capacity ranging from 8,000kN to 24,000kN and a slide stroke of 250mm, the press accommodates long sheet materials with table sizes from 2800×400mm to 4000×600mm. Its rigid frame construction ensures precision and strong resistance to off-center loading.
The hydraulic control system uses an integrated cartridge valve system for reliable performance, long service life, and reduced hydraulic shock. The electrical system is controlled by imported PLC for sensitive, reliable operation and easy maintenance.
