Characteristics
The concrete mixing plant is designed in a modular structure, according to the container standard. The whole modules are all in one trailer unit, so the plant is convenient for installation, easy for disassembly and transportation.
JS-type twin-shaft forced concrete mixer ensures good mixing quality and high productivity. Dry hard, semi-rigid, plastic and various proportions of concrete can be mixed well in the mixer.
All measurement units of measurement devices and control components are imported and computer controlled, fully guaranteeing measurement accuracy and stability.
All repair and maintenance points are equipped with platforms or ladders, to ensure convenient maintenance.
The whole machine adopts computer control system. Dynamic panel shows a clear understanding of the various parts of the operation. Intuitive control interface allows for clear and accurate observation of on-site workflow. Management reports can be printed.
Electronic control system components are imported. The overall performance is stable and powerful. The concrete mixing plant has abnormal conditions and automatic fault detection functions, and the alarm can be shown in the form of text, sound, and light. Self-diagnosis function is available as well.
