H8/H9/H11/H16 Bulb Line, Assemble Halogen Bulb Automated Machine
The H8/H9/H11/H16 bulb line is an assembly halogen bulb automated machine that combines the halogen capsule bulb, metal cap, prefocus base, bulb holder and o ring to form the H8, H9, H11 and H16 halogen bulbs. This H8/H9/H11/H16 bulbline includes a headlight bulb adjustment machine, headlight bulb specification data inspection machine, and more. In order to facilitate maintenance, we can separate the headlight bulb adjustment machine into two machines for focus adjustment and capping in individual processes. During the production process, 10 soldering points are needed, which is why we have equipped the line with 3 sets of laser beam welders, and an argon arc welder to weld the bulb pins.

Headlight bulb alignment machine, adjusting focus and installation equipment are equipped with a visual software system that will read the focus ring direction before adjusting the focus. It also controls the servo motor to automatically correct the focusing ring in the same direction for subsequent focus adjustment.

The H8 H9 H11 H16 bulb line’s automotive light bulb head coating machine can complete the two processes of head coating and gluing. Headlights like the H9 bulb that require no head coating only need gluing treatment. FsFocus can equip the line with a fire baking head coating machine or electric baking head coating machine according to customer requirements. Electric baked coating is durable and not easily scratched, while the fire baking method saves energy.

The headlight bulb specification data inspection machine will operate after completion of the end cap and O ring installation. It will test the H1, H2, H3, E, F and G parameters.
