The UV offset ink is a new type of UV curing offset printing ink designed by KAISHIMEI. It is suitable for a variety of applications. For example, it is applied to top grade exterior package of PET, gold and silver board paper, tin paper, spray foil paper, cosmetics packages of PE, PP, PET and PS, plastic flexible hoses, bottles, substrate materials of PVC, PS, ABS, etc.

Advantages
1. This UV curable ink features fast cure, excellent adhesion, great flexibility, high gloss, outstanding scratch resistance and chemical resistance, good adaptability, bright color and luster, high chromaticity density, etc.
2. The fast-cure offset ink can be divided into UJA series of fold resistance UV ink for transfer paper (environmental protection paper) and UJB series of UV offset ink for non-transferred paper (gold and silver board paper).

Instructions
1) The UV offset ink can be applied to the way of lithographic offset press (Water) and offset printing press (Waterless).
2) It can be directly used and also used adding professional reducer (TMY series) to increase viscosity and chromaticity or adding professional viscosity reducer.
3) QN series products adapt to ink tack. It is also coordinated with each other to adjust to color and tack in the UJA and UJB system.
4) Varnishing way, which through blanket screen roller and ink fountain. ink fountain varnish MD series to use as same as offset ink.
5) Keep it in dry and cool place, avoiding high temperature and sunshine from penetrating directly during transportation, printing and storage. Storage period is 6 months indoor.
