This high speed CNC insulating glass equipment adopts an exterior pressing method. It needs only 25s to transition from glass cleaning to glass pressing. The whole production line is under the control of a PLC control system. The 3rd stage can automatically implement the storage function of single-glass or double glazing glass according to the glass size, increasing production efficiency by more than 30%. Besides, the cleaning parts are equipped with 6 fur brushes, it needs only 25s to transition from glass cleaning to glass laminating. 1. Automatic control segment:
This production line adopts PLC control, which has multiple speeds for adjustment.

2.Pressing part:

    1. Trajectory and gear are used for glass fastening, which is highly stable and reliable.
    1. The pressing machine adopts a rectangle spacer type structure, which will prevent glass deformation during the laminating process.
    1. The pressing mechanism structure is made using a 2.75mm rectangular steel tube welding process.
    1. Servo drive system makes controlling the machine more precise, efficient, stable and reliable.

3.Washing part:

    1. 6 fur brushes are equipped with 6 motors for precise control;
    1. The cleaning of coating glass or LOW-E glass need specified fur brushes, which will not scratch the glass.
    1. There are two layers at the bottom of cleaning part, which effectively prevent water leakage.
    1. The power of cleaning part motor is 11kw.
  • The transmission mechanism of the cleaning part adopts a gear driving transmission, its maintenance is very easy.

  • The distance between air-knives can adjust the glass width according to the glass thickness.
  • The air blower is equipped with a heating cabinet at the point of air intake, which makes the use in cold weather more convenient and amplifies the drying effects.
  • Cleaning cabinet, air drying cabinet and air nozzle are all made of stainless steel, so they are corrosion-resistant.
  • There is an air recycling mechanism between air drying cabinet and air blower. The air nozzle temperature can reach up to 40 ℃ without heating, which will improve the glass cleaning effect.
  • The whole equipment adopts PLC control system, it adopts touch screen as display screen, which can display the temperature and speed of water, production output and so on. And there will be prompt message on the display when equipment errors happen.
  • The 3rd stage of production line can automatically implement storage function according to the glass size, which increase above 30% production efficiency.
  • This high speed CNC insulating glass equipment can automatically adjust the distance of pressing according to the clearance between glass and aluminum bar. Actually, this clearance can be very precise to a millimeter.
  • Laminating part adopts servo drive control subsystem, which is more precise and will not be affected by temperature comparing to traditional pneumatic control systems.
Maintenance
  • Clean the equipment every day, and sweep the surrounding environment of equipment.
  • Apply lubricating oil to transmission parts.
  • Check the electric wire joint of the equipment weekly, identify the points with potential errors.
  • Check the screw of transmission part joint monthly and fasten any loose screws.
  • Change the lubricating oil for reducer every six months.
  • Change the hydraulic fluid for hydraulic pressure system every year.
  • Sweep the dust for electronic control system and check the completeness.
