Three Blade Dampener
The TSYZ three-blades adding water machine is an important equipment for adjusting the moisture of wheat in the wheat cleaning process in flour factories. It can stabilize the water adding of wheat, making the wheat grain moisture uniform after adding water, improving the grinding performance, enhancing the toughness of the bran. It also reduces the adhesion of the bran and the endosperm, raising the efficiency of the grinding and the flour sieving, which is conducive to improving extraction rate of the wheat and the flour color.
Features
The TSYZ three blade dampener is our qualified product, and it exhibits many outstanding properties. It possesses excellent sealing tightness, and SPB belt is adopted for transmission. On the other hand, dynamic balance test is a must before installing rotors, while the blades and liners are both fabricated by wear-resisting steel.
1. Motors used are Siemens (Beide) motors, the protection level is IP55, and the insulation grade is F.
2. All rotor blades are made of steel plate 8/NM400, which ensures the life span.
3. The bearing bases and bearing covers are HT200.
4. There are replaceable wear-resistant lining plates that can greatly reduce maintenance costs.
5. Adding water procedure and blending are separated so the mixing of materials is more even and thorough.
6.The rotors do dynamic balancing before installation, thereby ensuring smooth operation of the equipment.
7. The contact region with the materials is made of stainless steel.
