Achieving powder surface modification by changing the cyclone vortex
Achieving powder surface modification by changing the cyclone vortex
- Relative motion of the three rotors modifies the impact of cyclone swirls to coat the powder's surface.
- Mature technology requires minimal initial investment, hence making it suitable for stearic acid coating.
- Heat generated through self-friction and no additional heat source is required. As a result, the amount of auxiliary equipment and the cost for operation is kept to a minimum.
- Suitable for 325 ~ 1250 mesh powder coating.
- Power range: 11 kW ~ 225 kW
- Maximum output: 6 t/h
