Environmental testing chamber bought by Shengyi Technology
Shengyi Technology is a leader in the PCB industry and provides materials for Huawei. Shengyi Technology needed a temperature and humidity environmental test chamber and their technical demands are strict. They thought the dew appearing on the inside wall of the chamber and foggy observation window are unacceptable.
Shenyi Technology was using another international brands' environmental testing chamber. During operation, some climate simulation chambers' observation window are foggy which prevents researchers observing the product condition and some testing chambers' dews on the inside wall of chamber will fall on products, which severely damages products. After knowing Shengyi Technology' requirements, we improved techniques to ensure the cleanliness of chamber and meet their needs.
After adjustment, the observation window still is clear, and no dew appears when temperature is 85℃ and humidity is 85%, which surprised the customer. So they purchased our climate simulation chamber. When customers visit their company, they always show products in the environmental test chamber to them.
