White rice is obtained by removing the husks on brown rice. However, the resulting rice may still contain a small amount of bran powder, which will affect the rice appearance, quality and storage, resulting in a bad taste. By polishing and whitening the rice surface with the use of a rice polisher, both the appearance and taste are improved.

The SYX-CMS2L rice polisher has two polishing rolls, a two roll parallel structure, and two motors. A single polishing roll can operate independently the motor, and it is equipped with a ventilation and dust removal system, as well as an air-off device, which can discharge the material in an unload or dust removal mode that is both quick and continuous. This assists in keeping the ice polishing machine clean and free of contaminants.

The ice polisher can feed and discharge in a uniform, large output. The single polishing output is 6 to 7 tons/hour, while if used in a multi-machine series, the polishing is up to 8-10 tons/hour. This equipment features a compact structure, and two machines cover an area equal to a single machine of a different type.

• This is a new variety of a double roll rice polisher. It features a double-roll horizontal parallel structure and double motors, so that each polishing roller can operate independently, with a performance equal to two single roll polishing machines. Because of this, a single machine is equivalent to two machines, saving time and money.
• The output of the SYX-CMS2L rice polisher is large, with a single machine polishing efficiency of 6-7 tons/hour, or, when used as a multi-machine line, an output of 8-10 tons/hour.
• All parts of the polishing system are made of stainless steel, which is safe, healthy and durable. This also increases the service life of the equipment, ensuring the resultant rice is bright, white and attractive.
• The SYX-CMS2L rice polisher is suitable for long grain rice and short grain rice polishing, and with its long term stable operation, reduces the risk for rice bran balls. Customers are advised to allow the sieving of rice bran balls and color sorting of rice bran balls to proceed simultaneously after polishing.
• The ice polishing machine can be equipped with different power motors according to different customer requirements. Power levels are 45kW and 55kW.
