Our ultrasonic food cutting blade is specially designed for cutting cakes, including sandwiches, layer cakes, jujube cakes, cream cakes, mousse cakes, mille-feuilles, tiramisus, sponge cakes, cheese cakes and chiffon cakes. Cakes can be cut in different shapes, including circle that is equally divided, rectangle, square, slice, piece and triangle.
