The magnetic agitator is mounted on the bottom of mixing tanks at a low liquid level to make a uniform concentration.
Since it keeps suspension when it’s working or closing down, there is no friction between the bearing and rotator so that the bearing will not distort because of the heat released by friction. At the same time, the medium will not be contaminated by metal so no further maintenance needed.
Materials
It’s mainly stainless steel. Dual-phase steel, titanium alloy and other special materials are also available.
- Float with zero gravity and lower the shear force to avoid damage to particles.
- Even there is no medium in the tank, it can still run continuously and can adjust speed and shear force.
- Adopt spiral inverted slot to prevent the material entering seals
- Fit CIP/SIP clean system.
