Techwin WELD-2000HP handheld laser welder is composed of a laser, a chiller, a handheld swing welding head, a laser control system, and an automatic wire feeder. The handheld laser welding system takes into account the welding process's applicability as well as the comfort of long-term use (the welding head weighs 0.8kg). In addition, this welder is equipped with the light-emitting safety lock to prevent accidental injury to others. To make replacing the lens easier for the user, the drawer-type installation method is used.

Different angle nozzles are available and a maximum of 2000W laser is supported. The tolerance range of the processed parts and the width of the welding seam are increased as a result of the light source swing effect, and the drawback of a small light spot is eliminated.
