1. The high-precision metering pump achieves an accurate materials ratio, with the measurement error never exceeding ±0.5%.
2. A high-performance mixing device, capable of preventing raw material leaks, ensures raw materials are fed accurately and synchronously, as well as mix evenly.
3. The equipment can control the mixing head injection time and the cleaning frequency in a fully automatic manner. Cleaning and forced air drying can also be completed automatically, making operation simpler.
4. The storage tank is a three wall structure with a stainless steel liner and an external insulation layer, with the inner layer used for heating. The storage tank temperature is adjustable, improving both safety and energy performance.
5. A PLC, touch screen and servo system control the equipment to complete the pouring, and move according to the programmed trajectory. The positioning is accurate, with an automatic, high production efficiency and reliable performance in pouring round, square and special, irregularly shaped products.
6. This equipment can be equipped with an automatic feeding device, high-viscosity feed pump, alarm system for materials shortage, water cleaning device for mixed head and more.
