501A Egg Breaking and Separating Machine (3000EGGS/HOUR)
ZENYER 501A Egg Breaking and Separating Machine is designed to break eggs and separate yolks, egg whites and eggshells. This machine has a maximum capacity of 3000 eggs/hour, while the success rate of separating yolks and egg whites depends on how fresh the eggs are. For example, extremely fresh eggs feature a maximum separation rate of 70%.
This machine has a compact structure and less storage space, and is equipped with 5 locking casters on the bottom to allow for easier movement. This breaker has a high production rate with only a 90W energy consumption during operation. The entire body is made of 304 stainless steel, ensuring it meets all rules and standards for food processing.
This egg separator is easy to clean and simple to use. It can be used individually offline, or paired with ZENYER or for a higher production efficiency assembly line.

ZENYER 501A egg breaking and separating machine is made of the feeding conveyor and a spinning plate with 5 breaking units (robotic arms with blades).
This breaker is a perfect combination of feeding conveyor and robotic arms with an automatic egg feeding design. Workers need to only place the eggs onto the conveyor, and the robotic arms will catch any rolling eggs. Eggs are then broken with the blades, and the full egg liquids will flow into a trough. Users can decide to separate the egg whites and yolks through a simple trough adjustment.
Only need to place the eggs into the square trough of feeding conveyor, and press ON button, the eggs will roll onto the roller of feeding conveyor automatically.
The eggs fall on egg carrier before sending to the spinning egg cracking system, and the egg carrier flips the egg over to the coming egg cracker.
The egg cracking system is equipped with 5 egg crackers, which drives by the main shaft of the machine. The crackers will catch the coming eggs one by one. Eggs are then being cut and split by egg crackers.
After being split by the cracking system, eggshells will be disposed, and the liquids (not separated) will flow into a shallow trough, you can decide to separate the egg whites and yolks through a separation trough.
There is a bowl beside of the shallow trough to pick up any bad yolks if there are any in the shallow trough.
