It is applied for screen and classifying granular materials in flour milling, chemical and pharmaceutical industry.

Sieves configuration:
Screen frame material: metal welding, the surface receives spray painting;
The cleaning method of the sieve adopts a supporting net structure, and an elastic ball is arranged between the supporting net and the sieve surface.
Elastic ball: elasticity is greater than 80%.
Upper sieve hole: 8.0mm (can be manufactured according to process requirements).
Middle sieve hole: triangle hole with side length of 4mm (also can be manufactured according to process requirements).
Lower sieve hole: 2mm (can also be manufactured according to process requirements).
Suspension form:
Adopting universal joint coupling hanger.
Equipment configuration:
Motor: using 3kW, Wannan or Siemens (Beide) motors according to customer's requests.
Sieve plates: main side-boards are 4mm thick Q235 plates.
Transmission belt: the 5V triple V-Belt produced by Xiangliu Fangteng Tape Co., Ltd.
Surface treatment:
the steel used receives phosphating or shot blasting, then spray painting or stoving varnish treatment.
