Features
Outer shell: The safety helmet shell is made of high-strength ABS material with heat-resistance, high surface hardness, dimensional stability, and chemical resistance. The material also has good electrical insulation properties, so the safety helmet is less affected by temperature, humidity, and remains constant over a large frequency range. In addition, it is unaffected by water, inorganic salts, alkalis and acids.

Classic V-cap Design
Pressure dispersion: the cap shell has smooth surface and adopts the classic V design to resist pressing and smashing. When an object falling onto the safety helmet, the impact force will be passed around and reduced by 2/3 through the impact absorbing lining. The rest of the force is spread on the whole helmet and transmitted to the skull. In this way, the impact point is turned into impact area, eliminating the concentration of forces on the shell and reducing force per unit area.
