The biggest difference between AAC panel production and AAC block production lies in the steel bar processing. To ensure the strength of panel, reinforcing mesh is needed as an insert on the inside of the poured panel as support- a step that is not needed for AAC blocks.
SANKON offers our clients all equipment and tools used in AAC steel bar assembling sections, including:
- 01Steel bar cutting machine for cutting the steel bar to a desired length.
- 02Steel bars with different lengths are put on the mesh welding machine to produce reinforcing mesh automatically.
- 03The welded reinforcing mesh is placed on the bracket of the suspension welding machine, and welded using a spot welder to produce a reinforcement steel cage.
- 04The reinforcement steel cage will be conveyed to the antiseptic maceration tank, to ensure that the surface of the reinforcement steel cage is covered by antiseptics.
- 05The reinforcement steel cage will be conveyed to the drying oven for drying.
- 06The dried reinforcement steel cage will be assembled with an assembly hole and steel chisel.
- 07The assembled steel chisel and reinforcement steel cage will be conveyed beneath the traveling crane and then conveyed using the crane to a specific location for drill rod insertion.
- 01The traveling crane will insert the reinforcement steel cage into the module, which will then be conveyed to the pre-curing room for pre-curing.
- 02After pre-curing, the concrete panel will be transported to the travelling crane for pulling out the steel chisel as a whole using the transfer chart after meeting cutting requirements. The reinforcing mesh will remain inside the concrete panel.
