However, the environmental problems caused by the high production of abandoned artificial turf is becoming more and more serious. The mainstream turf coating on the market is SBR latex or polyurethane, composed with complex composition that is difficult to recycle.
Because of that, Bellinturf developed the Bellin-GRE (green, recyclable, environmentally friendly) series of artificial turf. This artificial turf uses a special, recyclable primary backing free of SBR or PU, and is made of 100% recyclable materials.

The artificial turf uses a newly developed green primary backing with a fully recyclable transparent coating, which is environmentally friendly and safe to use, and breaks the monotonous black appearance of traditional turf. -
R for Recyclable
The Bellin-GRE series artificial grass, including its yarn, primary backing, and coating, are easily fully blended with a melt granulation process, then reused, as it is 100% recyclable. -
E for Eco-friendly
Our artificial turf is REACH 197 and ROHS certified, has undergone six substances testing, REACH PAHs and other environmental protection testing, ensuring it contains no harmful substances. -
