Xinhonghua C75-100-150 C purlin machine has the ability to produce three types of C purlins with a width of 75mm, 100mm and 150mm. Change of product size is by manually changing the spacers. This machine can roll form 0.5-1.2mm thick materials and features a production speed of 30m/min.

Rollers are manufactured from high quality bearing steel GCr15 and are processed with CNC lathes and heat treatment. Hard-chrome coating is for option. With a feeding material guide roller, the body frame is welded with 400# H type steel for longer service life.
