Product features:
1. RTBT-320XU hybrid printer is equipped with an automatic media feeding and collecting system.
2. Positive pressure cleaning is used in the print head cleaning system. The anti-clogging flash function can eliminate blockages and the print head sprays a small amount of ink at regular intervals in order to keep the nozzle wet, wash the blocks away, and allow for a fluid release of ink when printing.
3. The print head heating system prevents the ink from breaking down by keeping the temperature stable and keeping the ink in an optimal state for stability during the printing process.
4. The negative pressure ink supply system can keep continuous release of ink during long-time printing process.
5. The automatic ink absorption system makes it convenient to clean and maintain the print head directly.
6. The printer can automatically check if the material is wrapped automatically to protect the print head from the wrapping material during printing.
7. The belt can automatically correct its direction to prevent slanting and ultimately improper printing.
8. The material guide is used to accurately set the optimal starting position.
9. The carriage is adjustable in its height to print materials of different thickness.
10. The printer is equipped with a high-accuracy dual-rail AC servo motor to maintain carriage stability at high speed during operation.
11. The ion pulse plate removes static electricity on the material surface and improves the overall printing quality.
12. To realize different printing techniques like white-CMYK-white and white-CMKY-top coating, the print head and ink can be configured selectively according to practical demands.
13. The carriage protection system is equipped to prevent damage to the print head from printing material.
