Three Phase Voltage Regulator
Three phase voltage regulator is also named controlled silicon power regulator. Based on thyristor module, this power control device uses the intelligent control circuit as its core. The principle of three phase voltage regulator is following: the direct current signal instrument outputs is transformed into digital, and synchronously triggers the thyristor. The conduction angle of thyristor is changed to adjust the voltage and power, thus realizing precise temperature control. The voltage regulator can be widely used in heating industry like the industrial furnace, glass furnace, oven, petrochemical industry and shoe machinery.
1. The calculation of power or current when select the right three phase voltage regulator(resistive load): the inductive load should be derated 2~3 times.
Single phase: Load(KW)/Voltage(V)==Ampere(A)×1.5==Regulator ampere(A)

- The rule of standard main circuit:Main power supply→No-fuse switch→Electromagnetic contactor→Power regulator→Load
- The screw must be fixed tightly to avoid bad contact when wiring.
- The user must lid faceplate and protection cover after wring to avoid electric shock or short circuit since the falling of electric objects, then the device start the power transmission.
- When use the three phase voltage regulator, the internal of device will product heat, the user should install the device vertically and spare space for both sides of device.
- The ventilation opening of controlled cabinet must has the cross-ventilation, and the user should install the ventilation opening or exhaust fan according to the principle of hot air flows from the bottom up.
- Please do not install the three phase voltage regulator in the occasions like the large vapour or acid-base flow, and acid-base corrosion gas.
Taking security into consideration, the worker sets the three phase voltage regulator with control signal mode(4—20mA) when the device leaves factory. If the user wants to change the settings, he can uncover the red cover, and pokes toggle switch to choose the needed mode. Referring to the item 6, and installing the device according to the wiring example.The user can adjust fine tuning to compensate the different load power of the same signal when user use multiple voltage regulators at the same time or has device segmentation adjusting.

Notice: The regulator can not control about 50% output: The failure of three-phase three-wire product(HHT4-4) is leaded by the connecting between zero line and load terminal. The output load should be balanced when use the three-phase three-wire product(HHT4-4), otherwise the output voltage is not the same. Please do not touch the using side plate with high temperature.
