Application
Sodium bicarbonate, also known as sodium hydrogen carbonate, is soluble in water, and it works as a source of bicarbonate ion for water-based mud. It is mainly applied for cement contamination, and it could precipitate calcium, reduce PH value as well as deflocculate cement-contaminated fluids.

NaHCO3 powder is a universally used sodium salt around the world, and it has many related names, such as baking soda, bread soda, cooking soda, bicarbonate of soda, sodium bicarb, bicarb soda, etc.
Safety and Handling
For safety considerations, personal protective equipment is highly recommended and actually it is a must. Before work, please refer to the precautions illustrated in the MSDS.
Packaging and Storage
Our sodium bicarbonate is packed in 25kg sacks.
The container should be closed, and then placed at a dry, well-ventilated area that is away from heat, sparks, flames and incompatible materials. For palletizing, banding, shrink-wrapping and stacking operations, please follow safe warehousing practices.
