Protective Bellows (Circular Non Metallic Bellows for Machine Protection)
Based on years' experience, we have developed several reliable protective bellows with customers. This circular non metallic bellowis designed to protect the screws, shafts and other machine parts from dusts, iron chips and other contaminations. Able to extend/retract with the lathes parts, this protective bellow could be mounted horizontally or vertically.
Features
1. The outer parts of this protective cover are made of tri-proof fabric and oil-resistant rubber, free from sand holes.
2. Diameter and length could be set by customers. This circular bellow could work well at the speed no higher than 120mt/m;
3. Equipped with fabric made of tri-proof cloth and supported by hard wire rings, this machine tool accessory could work well under temperatures -40°C to 110°C;
4. It could effective prevent dusts, water, oil, emulsion and chemicals from the machine parts, high credited by many customers.

Applications
This retractable bellow is widely used for the protection of screws, shafts, columns and other machine parts. Its diameter, retractable length and connection mode are not limited. Usually, the ration between extended length and retracted length are 1000: 150. We could also provided customized bellows depending on customers' requirements on the ratio.
