This guideway cover, also known as leather bellow, is a type of machine protection product. Apart from the standard structures, we could also provide customized products depending on customers’ requirements. The common bellows of this type are I-shape, 7-shaped, U-shaped, squared or round. Equipped with nylon fabric outside and PVC support plate inside, this protective bellow is equipped with metal or plastic connection skeletons at each end. It speed reaches 200m/min.
According to the specific operation conditions to which the bellows are aimed, we could provide bellows with steel support, wooden, PVC support or cold plate support skeleton. The internal parts include groove, roller, nylon slider, slider, reinforcement,extension spring and nylon shaft and so on. The processing techniques we adopt are cutting, freezing, heat bonding (adhesion), shaping andtesting.
