Aluminum powder mixer
Application
Aluminum powder mixers are used to mix aluminum powder andwater for desired concentration liquid.
- Aluminum powder mixers are primarily composed of the mixer shell, stirring shaft, and motor.
- The mixer shell is produced by curling of the steel plate. The stirring shaft is composed of the belt pulley, bearing block and stirrer.

Principle
The aluminum powder mixer is driven by the motor. The motor rotates in a clockwise direction (view from above) and then drives therotation of stirring shaft and stirrer. In doing so, the materials in the shell will rotate, leading to mixing.
After mixing, the aluminum powder mixer will drop from the discharge outlet. Thebottom of the mixer shell is conical and material discharging is controlled bya pneumatic butterfly valve, leading to a smooth discharge.
Product Types
There are three types of aluminum powdermixer:
- 1: Common Type
The common aluminum powder mixer is mainly composed of the mixer shell and stirrer. After weighing is done, aluminum powder (paste) and water are put into the mixer. Generally, the aluminum powder (paste) and water poured in each mold will be weighed once.
2: Semi-Automatic TypeThe semi-automatic aluminum powder mixer is mainly composed of 2 shells (one large, one small), 2weighing systems, 2 stirrers, pump and valve. Workers need to put about 20kgaluminum powder into the large shell. The control system will automaticallyfill the water in the large shell stirring depending on the quantity ofaluminum powder being put into the mixer, and then start stirring.
3: Fully Automatic TypeThe control system will automatically weigh the aluminum powder slurry by the smallshell according to ingredient amounts, and pour into the aluminum powder mixer.
