Plate Type Pasteurizer (3 Stages)
The plate type pasteurizer (3 stages) is widely utilized for the processing of tea, juice, alcohol, ice cream, fresh milk, and milk beverages. It can also provide treatment for pre-sterilized or heat sensitive materials during the production of pasteurized milk, granting extended shelf life. The machine can be connected with a degasser, separator, homogenizer, flash evaporator, and other various units. Our device features high heat recovery with low energy costs. An intelligent structural design allows for user friendly operation and easy maintenance. The onboard system can be configured for semi-automatic PID control or fully automatic PLC control with touch screen. The production capacity of the plate type pasteurizer (3 stages) ranges between 500L and 20T/H.
