Description
The JMP36 series transfer press abandons the disadvantages that the separate frames of traditional straight side presses need assembly and commissioning. The hydraulic transfer press is applicable to shearing, punching, blanking, bending and shallow drawing jobs.
This hydraulic transfer press is a new generation of double point straight side press developed after market research to adapt to customer demands. In addition to the excellent precision, rigidity and strength performance of straight side presses, it also has features of easy installation and convenient operation of gap frame presses.

- Steel plate welded entire frame structure ensures high strength of the machine body.
- The metal stamping machine implements JIS-1 grade precision standards.
- Crankshaft longitudinally placed gives short distance between fulcrums and features good rigidity, fitted with overturn detector.
- Enclosed inside the frame, the gears are immersed in oil for lubrication.
- High precision eight-sided long guide
- Precision adjustment of hydraulic press: single-sided adjustment, the left side lies solid, while the right side is fastened by cylindrical pin.
- For machine tools with above 430mm stroke, the slide runs smoothly in the frame guide during the whole operation, with good precision retaining ability.
- Combination wet pneumatic friction clutch and brake. When joining and braking, the friction plates do not directly contact each other, which not only improves the service life of the clutch, but also reduces the impact noise on joining.
- The slide employs a steel plate welded structure, inside which the hydraulic overload protector is installed. Once the slide overloads, the hydraulic overload protector immediately relieves pressure and sends out a signal to protect the machine tool and mold from damage. It can automatic reset after overloaded, reducing downtime and improving the working efficiency of the transfer press.
- The pneumatic pump, the core component of hydraulic overload system, adopts Japanese KOSMEK products. Inside the slide's high-pressure oil cylinder is sealed with German high-pressure oil seal to ensure 35MPa high-pressure oil does not leak.
- The press is fitted with pneumatic balance device that operates smoothly and can reduce secondary impact, thus improving the press's dynamic precision.
- Electrical parts employ Schneider programmable controller (PLC) for centralized control, and AC contactor, button indicator lamp etc. are also imported from Schneider to ensure high reliability of the whole machine.
- Japanese TACO dual safety valve is used to enhance the security and reliability of clutch action.
- All the gear shafts are machined by German Gleason with high precision that can effectively reduce the noise of gears.
