Description
SSP series servo drive presses are high-performance mechanical presses with independently developed by Yangli Group, with multiple motion curves and 100 sets of storable molds. It is not only applicable for shearing, punching, blanking, bending and shallow drawing operations, but also capable of realizing all kinds of special stamping needs and customizing motion curves.

In addition, the stamping press is also equipped with two-hand operation buttons and foot switch, realizing continuous, single and micro-inching operations.

• The servo drive press adopts electric grease lubrication; the counterbalance cylinder employs manual oil lubrication to improve its service life.

• Built-in 100 sets of molds storable, built-in 7 common motion curves including crankshaft mode, pressing mode, jog mode, single mode, quiet mode, repeated pressurization mode and multi-link mode. In addition, the system is designed to support advanced programming mode so that motion curves can be customized.
• Transmission part is sealed inside the frame and due to which the noise of press machine is less than 78dB.
• The slide is a cast box-shaped structure inside which the high-pressure oil cylinder is sealed with imported high-pressure oil seal to ensure no leakage of high-pressure oil.
• Employ hydraulic overload protector that acts sensitively and reliably. Once the sheet metal machine tool is overloaded, the protective device relieves pressure right away and the slide stops moving, preventing the servo press and mold from being damaged.
• SSP servo drive press can reset automatically after overloaded, which reduces shutdown time and improves the working efficieny of the press.
• Pneumatic balance device is set up to reduce secondary impact, making the press machine running smoothly and thus improving its dynamic precision.
• The crankshaft is put transversely, supported on four points, with good rigidity. Due to the large span of force points of connecting rod, the machine tool possesses strong anti-deviation load capacity.
