The fully automatic side sealer and shrink tunnel is suitable for packing large items such as wood and aluminum. It uses an advanced imported PLC programmable controller, with a safety protection and alarm device in order to ensure the machine's high speed stability. A variety of settings can be easily set through touch screen operation. Using a side sealing design, there is no limit for the length. The sealing line height can be adjusted according to the packing product's height. It is equipped with an imported detection photoelectric device, putting horizontal and vertical detection in one group and making switch selection easy.

Product Features:
1. The side blade sealing is continuous along unlimited product lengths.
2. The side sealing lines can be adjusted into the desired position based on the product's height in order to achieve excellent sealing results.
3. The side sealing machine uses an advanced Omron PLC controller and touch operator interface, which easily stores dates.
4. The sealing knife is an aluminum knife with a Dupont non-stick coating and high temperature resistance to avoid cracking and smoking, leading to no pollution. The machine itself is equipped with an automatic protection function to effectively prevent accidental cutting. If users open the cover during machine operation, it will automatically stop running and sound an alarm.
5. An automatic film feeding and punching device is used to drill away air and ensure the quality of the final packing result.
6. Equipped with an imported Banner photoelectric device for horizontal and vertical detection, sealing of thin and small items is easily carried out.
7. A manually adjustable film-guide system and feeding conveyor platform make the machine suitable for items in a different height and different width. When the packaging size changes, the adjustment is easy, just rotate the hand wheel without changing molds or bag makers.
8. The BM-700L uses an advanced circulation blowing system from the bottom of the tunnel. It is equipped with a double frequency inverter to control the blowing, and features an adjustable blowing direction and volume from the bottom.
