Product Introduction
The fully automatic side sealer and shrink tunnel is suitable for packing longer items such as wood and aluminum. It uses an advanced imported PLC programmable controller, with safety protection and an alarm to ensure the machine's high speed stability. A variety of settings can be easily set on the touch screen. Using a side sealing design, there is no limit to the product's packaging length. The sealing line height can be adjusted according to the product's height that is to be packed. The side sealer is equipped with an imported detection photoelectric, horizontal and vertical detection all in one group, making switch selection easy.

Product Features:
1. Side blade sealing is continuous along the length of the product. There are no limits on the product length.
2. Side sealing lines are easily adjusted to the desire position based on the product's height in order to achieve the best sealing results.
3. The shrink tunnel and side sealing machine uses an advanced Omron PLC controller and touch/operator interface to accomplish all tasks easily and on time.
4. The sealing knife uses an aluminum knife with DuPont Teflon with a non-sticl coating and high temperature resistance to avoid cracking, choking or smoking while still preventing pollution. The sealing balance is also equipped with an automatic protection function in order to effectively prevent accidental cutting.
5. An automatic film feeding and punching device is used to drill away air and ensure the quality of the final packing result.
6. The packaging machine is equipped with an imported American Banner photoelectric device for horizontal and vertical detection, easily allowing for the finish of sealing thin and smaller items.
7. A manually adjustable film-guide system and feeding conveyor platform makes the machine suitable for different widths and heights. When the packaging size changes, the adjustment is easily carried out by rotating the hand wheel without changing molds or bag makers.
8. The BM-500L shrink wrap machine uses an advanced circulation blowing method from the bottom of the tunnel. It is equipped with a double frequency inverter to control the blowing, and adjust the blowing direction and volume from the bottom.
